Any person who attends our live-virtual training workshops, programs, or seminars must ensure that they are not operating a vehicle while attending such training. By signing our registration form and or proposal, each organization or individual is agreeing that any person who they register to attend our training, and who attends our training, will not operate a vehicle of any kind during said training session or training sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Monies paid may be refunded, less a seven and a half percent processing fee, up to ninety calendar days prior to a course, workshop, seminar, or training program for which Sensitivity Training Canada (a division of Canadian HR Solutions, Inc.) has been contracted. Effective ninety calendar days immediately before delivery of the course, workshop, seminar, or training program’s scheduled date, monies that have been paid are not refundable and will be applied to a future course, workshop, seminar, or training program, taken within one hundred and eighty calendar days of the original registration date. Transfer to another offering of the training is not available effective 15 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the offering of the training for which a person or a group was originally registered. Upon acceptance a proposal that was issued by Sensitivity Training Canada (a division of Canadian HR Solutions, Inc.) and or upon signing and sending in for processing a registration form that was issued by Sensitivity Training Canada (a division of Canadian HR Solutions, Inc.) the total amount of our fee as reflected on the invoice that is sent to you, is due and it is payable by you within three business days of the date on which it was created. Upon acceptance of our proposal and or signing of our registration form, you have entered into a contract with us. Upon acceptance of our proposal and or signing of our registration form, whether or not a date has been set for the training, our cancellation fee is fifty percent of the amount set out on the associated invoice for the registration form or the associated invoice for the proposal. There will be a $95.00 fee charged for each cheque that is returned by the bank. Exceptions to this cancellation policy are not permissible.

Terms and Conditions for Online Course Subscriptions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of online courses and related materials (“Courses”) provided by Sensitivity Training Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through an annual subscription model and hosted on Vimeo or a Vimeo-supported platform.
By purchasing, accessing, or using our Courses, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide access to pre-recorded online educational content, learning materials, and related resources hosted on Vimeo for professional development and training purposes. Courses are made available on an annual subscription basis and are intended for organizational or professional use, only.
2. Subscription Term and Access
2.1 Subscription Period
Subscriptions are valid for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 Access Rights
Access is granted only for the duration of the active subscription period. Upon expiration or termination of the subscription, access to all Courses and materials will be revoked.
2.3 Platform Availability
Courses are hosted on Vimeo or a Vimeo-supported platform. While we take reasonable steps to ensure availability, we are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or technical issues caused by Vimeo or third-party service providers.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
3.1 Authorized Users
Subscriptions are licensed for use only by the individuals or organization identified at the time of purchase. Access credentials may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or distributed to unauthorized users.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Download, record, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials.
Share login credentials or provide access to non-authorized users.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Courses.\
Use the Courses for unlawful, misleading, or commercial resale purposes.
Unauthorized use will result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All Courses, videos, materials, frameworks, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Sensitivity Training Canada, unless otherwise stated.
No ownership rights are transferred through subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Fees, Billing, and Renewal
5.1 Fees
Subscription fees are billed annually and are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled in writing prior to the renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew for an additional one-year term at the then-current rate.
5.3 Taxes
All applicable federal and provincial taxes are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of usage, partial use, or early termination.
6.2 Cancellation
Clients may cancel renewal by providing written notice prior to the renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current subscription period.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Our Courses are educational in nature and are provided for informational and professional development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, regulatory compliance, or business results.
The Courses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Sensitivity Training Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related

to use of the Courses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the applicable subscription period.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Use of Vimeo is also subject to Vimeo’s privacy policies and terms of service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:
These Terms are breached.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.
Required payments are not received.
Termination does not relieve the Client of payment obligations.
11. Modifications to Courses or Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace course content, delivery methods, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Continued use of the Courses constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Province.
