Respect in the Workplace

Available in 2-hour and 4-hour formats, this online course examines core elements of a respectful workplace, including impact vs intent, the Prohibited Grounds, bullying, Harassment, boundaries, conflict management, and inter-generational dynamics. Also available live-virtually and in-person.

Participants gain a deeper understanding of how behaviour, language, communication, and expectations influence workplace culture and how to strengthen respect across teams.

Anti-Sexual Harassment
