Course Description
This workshop addresses Sexual Harassment as an Occupational Health and Safety issue under the Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act. Participants gain a clear understanding of workplace Harassment definitions, reporting and investigation requirements, and behaviours that may lead to complaints. Practical tools, templates, and scenario-based exercises support both employees and people-leaders in maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
